How to Do a CSE for Labor

I always do a low dose CSE for my, when I'm removing that labor up drill catheters and doing a second-ray axial technique. If the patient is what I call a normal body stature and habitus like 5354 and above, I'll give 1.2 milliliters of hyperbaric 0.75% be pivacane. And if they're shorter than that, I'll given 1.0. The preference is to thread an epidural catheter to provide either epidural volume extension through hydrostatic pressure or just novo anesthesia with 2% lidocaine.
