"It's 100% a numbers game. We we do between 25 and 30 interviews a week for movers," he says. "Of the people we hire, you know, let's say we hire 10 people, five of them probably will keep longer than three or four weeks" He uses Craigslist ads as well as in-person recruiting to find workers.
