I'd Love to Be in a Co-Coaching Team

I love the idea that you're in a co-coaching team and clearly that's going to be a big emphasis for us is how you work in coaching teams. And again also to bring in other experts so like I know we chatted about bringing in other coaches like maybe like a clarky from the 7s. So it'll be great to have little challenges like that across the week where maybe you've been your plan something and five minutes before we tell you that you can't roll with your plan are you going to come up with something else? For me that would be that adaptability and capability of understanding what's going on and what’s required of us as coaches
