I like to think of it in terms of two buckets. One, I want to make sure I'm treating their opioid use disorder. And then the other bucket too is treating their pain. So if a patient feels strongly that they don't want to change their medication or home dose at all, I don't feel strongly that we have to split it. Sean, what about you?
