Getting Better Control of Your Pain by Splitting Your Dose

I like to think of it in terms of two buckets. One, I want to make sure I'm treating their opioid use disorder. And then the other bucket too is treating their pain. So if a patient feels strongly that they don't want to change their medication or home dose at all, I don't feel strongly that we have to split it. Sean, what about you? Anything different about your approach to that?Yeah, I mean, I trained in the same place I can't do so I think our approaches are often similar,. But I think that's a good I don't know that I had a formalized framework, but that is what I do.
