Krista, delighted to be here as a colleague and as a friend. And that we're framing this around learning conversations and really opening up and diving into what are the conversations that we need to be having in the world of Team Coaching. You asked me to tell a little bit about me. But I guess when I started off my career in the late 1990s in London in the construction industry, and I found myself at a very young age being responsible for a team of professional surveyors. Then I also found myself being part of the senior leadership team a number of years later. So I had my own team. Looking back on it now, didn't even appreciate it at the time
