Culture as infrastructure thing is a really interesting balance, like where on the spectrum do you need to be that enables cultural consistency? We know that culture can help with innovation creativity. But it doesn't fall over into a rigid constraint that basically ruins what you're trying to create. And again, I'm very much drawing on what we've seen directly.
