What's the Main Goal of Cat LTV?
Melwani: From our standpoint, because we are full of service, like we're looking at cat LTV ratios over a longer period of time. If it's benefiting, and it's still making sense in our overall MER, CAC, LTV, cohort, and our SIS, we're going to be okay with that. So if something's off there, then that's something to look at.
