The Importance of Being Real
I think the deepest desire a man has is to be respected. And if you know, he's being a jerk at home and he's not getting that respect and he finds it elsewhere, it's incredibly, incredibly attractive. Unless we can say that out loud, if we don't name it, we can't tame it. I find that people need to speak about honest things. So they don't feel so alone and alienated and isolated. It takes courage to be vulnerable like this because there's always somebody who wants to misinterpret what you're saying or to twist what you're Saying.
