The Nation Is Powerful Because It's Actually Implicit

The nation is powerful because it's actually implicit. We simply don't notice how our minds are constantly and consistently leaping to conclusions outside of our conscious awareness. When we're thinking about what other people might know, it seeps in and colors and influences our speculation about the perspective of other people. And this affects how we interpret their actions. The things that we know, we find it very difficult, essentially possible, to fully suppress that knowledge.
