Sally Kohn: Will it work in the sense of making the U.S. have cleaner energy and create lots of good middle class shops? That's for the time to tell, but there's no question that something is different now than it was over the last few years. She says Biden seems to be trying to pitch some ways on shoring even if it doesn't make global economic sense from an efficiency perspective. Kohn: Historically, at least, I'm not an economist, but when I took, you know, macroeconomics 101, that path would create perhaps less competition, create inefficiencies in the market.
