There are different ways in which you can actually entrain your body to go to sleep. Sunlight exposure is one of the most important, especially when it comes to circadian rhythms. Develop some sort of like routine where your body understands that it's going togo to sleep. Take some supplements before I go to sleep and we'll talk about those in the next section.
