I've Been a Part of the Onboarding Process and I'm a Recruiter and I Think It's a Great Way to Get to Know New People

A few things that I've seen in the past that come to mind, one is like when you're onboarding. When I was at Well Simple actually we had this Meet Me Fig Jam and every new person would fill that out. And then I've also been part of like these sort of like fast lightning round kind of presentations where it's just purely for fun on a Friday afternoon. Those little moments really do add up over time so you've kind of got to have some patience with it especially in a remote environment.
