CNN's John Defterios met with a candidate who wanted to get into McKinsey and the BTO practice. He was offered a fellowship on business development, but it wasn't a new job as he had been given the wrong title of his role. The position allows high potentials to serve in different organizations for six months. "It doesn't make any sense to me why you would work as an intern," says Defterios.
