Do You Need Bossing?

i just feel like thoa im delaing adot bossing. We're understaff cause o covet but, i mean, ok, so if you're say the cooks in the actual kitchen should be with the metaphorical cooks in the kitchen of like who's making decisions. And if there's too many cooks in the Kitchen then aren't we going to have even more of an actual cook shortage? Like, there'll be even fewer cooks in the real kitchen?"
