The Unintended Benefits of the GVP Program

The surprising element has been how quickly people can sort of jump into a new seat at one of our operating businesses and add value in a real tangible way. That is created, especially as you get GVPs who move to the program and take on CEO roles. So that I would say, not necessarily a pivot, but kind of like a surprising sort of outcome. People from the program at that second stage represents just a very, like a very rich talent pool.
