crypto is not technically a ponsey scheme in the sense that there's no, you now, single person or single entity that's kind of running it. However, the economics of it are very similar to a panse scheme and i think that's probably what you're seeing right now. Another claim you might have heard is that grypta was kind of like gold, an asset you can hold that's outside the control of governments. All the more important now when there's talk of runaway inflation.
