Businesses can't afford long lea times between the moment a candidate applies for a job and the time that they are starting. Big service providers, or let's call it n applicant tractin systems, ind ar systems, in my opinion, have been ne too much for maybe knowledge workers. The pandemic has exasperated this question of how do i go from a candidate sees my job application to their high r in the shortest amount of times without time to hire cai. It's more of a emphasis on finding ways to listen to our employees rather than innovation.
