What Is the Difference Between the Elephant and the Rider?
Tinker Bell: We aim all our arguments at the rider. But if the elephant doesn't want to move, that elephant isn't moving. And it's funny, it actually reminded me of the way i approached a jury and a trial lankin in my trial lawyer days. My thought was this, step one, get the jury to want to rule for my client. Step two, explain the reasons why their desires are correct. You connect with that heart and soul connection. The mind an just tends to follow right along with that.
