Lillian Nash, 66, was stabbed to death in her apartment complex by a man with severe autism. He had left Lillian's family for another woman and three children who he helped create - one of which has severe autism. "I spent like most of my COVID watching love on the spectrum," she says. 'And you're the broken one, sir' She is now working as a writer-in-residence at The University of Illinois Chicago.
