Judge Kyle Duncan, a Trump appointee to the Fifth Circuit, was heckled by student protesters at Stanford Law School. The National Lawyers Guild says it's fully supportive of these protests but is accused of doubling down on its support after seeing what happened. Sarah Drexler: I think implicit in that kind of characterization is this sort of animating hypocrisy that goes along with that. We disagree on policy kind of stuff; we should talk about this person as well because the Stanford review just called for her to be fired.
