Are Judges Better Than Judges?
i generally think it is better not to have judges decide who gets to hold office or run for office. It's just such an extreme remedy, as i daniel hamel is, a law professor at the university of chicago,. He was pointing out that you want the voters to consider that person's behavior and have that betththth the political remedy seems better than the legal remedy here. I mean, on the one hand, if you get convicted of an offence relatid to brioning at the capital that day, i feel like, ye, you were an insurrectionist. Fair enough.
