UTXO Set

Opera Turn was sort of like a harm minimization way where when a full node seeds an Opera Turn, it knows that nobody will ever be able to spend that. Bitcoin has these like standardness rules that mostly determine what the network will relay. And they made Opera Turn with up to 80 bytes a standard transaction type and added a special code to prune it from the UTXO set. The witness on the other hand is input data. It determines, it authorizes a transaction for being spent. So there's no code that's needed to ensure that, that these inscriptions don't enter the UTXo set.
