How the Supreme Court Has Come to Be Controlled by the Government
The government has in its pat asha the awarding of post retirement sirecures to judges. The last three chief justices have been extremely timid, and i would say, by an las poo government. And above all, they delay important cases, so it be years and years before cases are heard. There's also a new legislation, professionally, an anti terrorist legislation,. where bail is never granted, and people can be picked up and inculcerated for years on end on extremely flimsy evidence.
