How to Build a Leader Follower Relationship
It would be really good to have some prior information, information about prior leaders. If you can talk to that person directly, that's great. Find out more about them, see what, you know, what kind of leaders they were. Then see what the team said about that leader, and whether that corresponded to their idea of what an ideal leader should be like. So essentially, do your home work, if you can.
