The Deregulation of the Trucking Industry

There's a whole cottage industry out there of, you know, as you might call them ambulance chasers. And the nuclear verdict thing over the last few years has kind of gotten out of hand. Three more individuals have been sentenced for their role in staged tractor trailers crashes with tractor trailers that were paid by local attorney who filed fraudulent lawsuits against truckers.
