The Origins of Love Charms

There's an ancient Greek method of love charm where you tie a bird. And then you spin it around on the string, and that's supposed to help be a love charm. So I feel like there are a lot of cultures in which we do something weird to a bird to try to get someone to fall in love with us. If there's one animal you could teach to bring a wedding gift, I feel like it's a crow. Yeah, the smell alone, I think, would be very attractive.
