Jason: We're getting to the point where 95% of what we do is crude applications, whether web or mobile. And my view is that we will actually have dramatically more software developers because everyone will become a software developer at that point. But I think unfortunately there's going to be some sort of like elitist attitudes that emerge over that to me. Like well, I mean, I'm maintaining the AI systems. I'm a real developer and all that sort of stuff.
