In the car with your kids, don't let them get involved non stop in their devices. Make sure you're connecting and conversing. When i was hiring somebody, i would intentionally take them to a public restaurant, and if they were rude the staff, that was it. I'm not hiring you because you're going to kiss up and kick down. And when you have that outlook like life is so much fun,. It sounds corny, but i'm still excited every night when i go to bed about the next day. Same little dote things i can hardly wait to get at.
