meditation has two parts. The first is evoking something that makes you feel triumphant, and then we're going to let go of that triumph. In the transcendent phase, this is where youre particular temperament or cognitive style comes in. So if you like breathing, you can do that. If you like chanting a montra, you can chant your montra in that kind of moment. But in that transcendent technique, as we let go, we are going to use whatever practice centres very easily. Ok?
