What Is Barometric Pressure?

Psychological studies have tracked the effects of weather on mood, cognition and behavior. But if i'm not sure what i see, than that creates an opportunity to lean into some sort of supernatural understand of what it might be. So there are at least some questions i would like to pose a bit about barometric pressure. Does lowor falling barometric pressure have any effect on humans that could lead to sort of different ates of mind or behavior? This one seems uncertain to me.
