How to De-Identify in a Structured Text
Do you think there's room for NLP researchers to improve the methods that they're currently using? There is not enough research and de-identification as a challenge. It's not even clear what the labeling strategies are for the entities or how that works. I was reading the MIMEC3 paper that these patients appear in the database with ages of over 300 years.
