What's Your Standard on Mathematics?
Meditation is embodied, but it's also heavily trans-bodied because it depends on the mechanisms in the brain as well as what's going on in the body. I often find that if you understand the mechanism behind a practice, you take a lot out of it. So I could never do spiritual type meditation, but I have an Apple Watch that has a breathe. And I do the five minute breathing exercise in it two or three times a day. I really like it. Nothing spiritual about it. It's all the neural mechanisms based on the biggest nerve. The illusion that the mathematics is somehow completely abstract into some water is just wrong. We can see how it's wrong by looking at
