The Importance of Equal Playing Time in Youth Football

Martin: In the early years like in children's sport from six to 12 years they were always equal playing time and the coach said that his goal was to create as equally strengthened teams as possible. Martin: As they growed it was there were there more opportunities to play matches were there was it more selective yes. When they got older they they entered certain competitions so they always wanted to enter tournaments where both the elite and the recreational team could travel together but the elite team also entered some tournament i think that were more competitive.
