The Rise and Fall of Jim Steinman
Jim Steinman produced Bonnie Tyler's 1986 album Secret Dreams and Forbidden Fire. His bombastic sound prevailed on the anthemic single, If You Were A Woman and I Was A Man. He also wrote the 1985 theme song for World Wrestling Federation star Hulk Hogan. The very Steinman-esque 1984 single, Modern Girl, was a top 20 hit in the UK where Meet Love was still beloved.
