Getting to Know Your Processes as a Content Designer
As a content designer, you can do one of two things when you start a new job. One is rely partner closely with the content designer thatre already there and try to understand their work processes. Or number two, and this is the way that i've come to prefer lately, trying to introduce your own ways of working in processes. In the beginning, i feel like work picks up much faster. Then when i come in and i try to adjust a lot, or i try to to match too closely how things are already working.
