Fasting can significantly lower a woman's reproductive capacity in eight weeks. We want to focus on rebalancing that hormonal axis, which includes adequate nutrition and maybe pulling back on some any other stressors. I would say it's very, very rare that fasting helps more than it hurts until we get some of that foundation healed.
