If you look at the ingredient list of anything, it tells you the story of that food. The more sub ingredients you see within the ingredient, for example, if rice has white rice corn syrup, anti-taking agent, B vitamin B, vitamin B, one, thiamine, so and so forth, then you're seeing a higher or highly processed food. So I think that, that is a differentiation that, that we should have in mind when looking and thinking about processed foods.
