The Attribute of a Caesar
Rome's founder had no official position in the military, but he was a war hero. Despite his lack of authority, all these city states just kind of got in line and gave him their men. He must have exuded supreme confidence for these men to be willing to follow him. Also around this time, caesar has a daughter named julia - because women did not have first names in roman society so they used the feminine name. This point is normally progressing up the ladder of Military Power. But that was roman society for you. Both religious authority and military command would add to your actoritas.
