Do You Have a Longer Story or a Shorter Story?

When you're teaching and coaching, do you tell them to be like very clear in their story? Or is it does it depend on the context of how they're sharing it? It depends on the time that you have. I'm constantly revamping or shortening or lengthening stories based on how much time they're giving me to speak. If I have a shorter speech, I'm reducing that down a little bit. But I'm still leaving in enough detail and intimacy so that I build this trust with the audience very quickly.
