A year ago, i found myself drinking six cups of coffee a day. I don't even drink it for the taste but just to be around other people. So I linked one arguably bad habit to a good one. Used my bad habit increased my good habit. Oh, so now i drink to 60 to 90 pushups a day. Think about what happenedsa owers make a cup of coffee, can't drink it unless i do pushups. Because now there is a cost attached to i. Here's what happens. I drink less coffee, and i do six to 90 push ups a day. Everybody wins.
