Wet, Talk About Resistance

We need to completely re invent how we think about leadership. We don't like being told what to do, and in this environment, we've all been pressured to conform. The moment we feel like we're being manipulated, or somebody's trying to to force us to do something we otherwise wouldn't, it doesn't matter how good their evidence is. It's no longer about the data. It's about my autonomy and my emotion. An the great resignation is kind of a perfect example of this great resignation, or at least that's what we're calling it here in the us.
