The Biden Administration's Decision to Subsidize Silicon Chips

The EU is getting on board the American train of trying to work together in solidarity. They're doing it in some respects in the same way, and in at least one important respect in a different way. The biggest difference is that they don't handle location and content the same way. That's a reflection of the nature of the European Union.
