I want to go back to your time on Amazon renewed because I think you gave some of the early story that happened right before you and I worked together on Certified Refurbish. You always struck me as somebody that was able to come up with an opportunity, but then also get traction on it. And we see that that was successful in each of these three phases of your Amazon career. Was there a pattern in terms of, was it just that you were listening more closely than maybe others were when sellers were bringing up these requests?
