Is There Soft Power in Sports?

There is power to that soft power stuff, right? But not all of it is ethical. People who play civilization, one of the things you'll notice is that there are ways to win the game that are entirely cultural in nature. You can achieve a cultural victory without deploying militaries. We're just starting, we're going to start calling it some different other hard power or soft power.
