The Importance of Aerobic Training in Endurance Training
Knowing the pace that you want to run at is important here and knowing what that pace feels like. You can actually trim off quite a bit of time versus thinking the faster I go for longer the better this test is going to be for me. The actual volume of all the stuff you've done over the course of an AC FT prior to the two mile run is not actually very much stuff. And I really feel only like high like the pushups are not going to really get in the way of your run, plan maybe a little bit sprint right carry but not so much that you should be losing two minutes on it,. unless you just aren't training or are not significant enough volumes.
