AHA Guidelines for Diastolic Blood Pressure

The vast majority of cardiac ICU patients are intubated or sedated, have indwelling central venous lines. So we're pretty lucky that when they arrest, we have all of the patient centered metrics. What we found and hopefully what, you know, PD rescue and other trials will show is that the depth that the AHA is recommending, particularly for infants and neonates, is higher or bigger than what is required to achieve a blood pressure that is adequate for that patient.
