The Danger of Society Is Moralism

Rousseau thinks that the badness of society is in what it's done to our minds. Nietzsche imagines instead that there's a natural drive for domination. Both dissenters from optimism and universalism of the Enlightenment, but their starkly opposed values lead them to create philosophies which are like mirror images.
