Sally Kohn: I think for anyone, it's a pattern when you transition into an unfamiliar area of work. It happens every time when I feel like I'm not 100% ready, but I'm also looking for growth. Most people had already been software engineers for a previous career and they just transitioned to develop relations with the community. So for me, it was like, okay, who's this person coming over from the sales side and acting like they belong?
