The Real Problem With Nuclear

There is an intrinsic problem in the industry which is the promises are not delivered. And so there are interesting people on your program, you know, who have really good ideas about how to educate and clarify licensing. I'm a financial guy so I'll mostly nod my head when I hear them. But at the same time, are those decisions being made?
