Is It Necessary to Have System Structures in Your Business?
Until a few months ago, i didn't mose things on a notebook or sticky notes. I had this misconception that structure blocked creative flow so i never wanted to invest in it. So here's an example of a system that has been set up in my business that has saved us so much time. We invested in dubsato, which is basically an envoicing client management software. It created a whole podcast application work flow. And once you set up payments, it will send automatic payet, automated payment reminders. That's literally what outomation is. Now i have way more time to podcast, to write, to coach, to plan big picture and actually create. Right
